We buy in seven areas. Tell us what you supply.

Legion buys across seven operating areas from nine offices on four continents. Register once and the desk that buys in your category has your details before the requirement arrives, not after it.

After you register

Where a supplier fits the order.

A registered supplier is engaged at Source and Procure. Everything after that is Legion’s to run: the quality check, the consolidation, the export paperwork and the delivery.

What registration is

Registration is not an approval. It is a route to the next enquiry.

  1. Not a contract.
  2. Not an approval.
  3. Not a certification.
  4. Not a distribution agreement.

A record of what you supply, and where.

When a requirement in your categories comes in, the desk that buys it has your details.

We record what you tell us. Registering does not create a contract, an approval, a certification or a distribution agreement, and Legion makes no statement about a supplier’s certifications on their behalf. When a requirement in your categories comes in, the desk that buys it has your details.

Categories are chosen at step 03.

Questions suppliers ask

Before you spend five minutes on it.

Seven answers, and none of them changes what registering is: a record, not a decision.

Seven questions

  • Do I have to register before I can quote?

No. Anyone can send a quotation to the operations desk. Send it to info@legionship.com or call +44 (0)333 044 9584. Registering means the desk that buys in your categories already has your details when a requirement appears, instead of looking for a supplier from scratch.

  • Does registering make me an approved supplier?

No. Legion does not operate a supplier approval scheme, and registering creates no contract, no approval and no distribution agreement. It is a record of what you supply and where.

  • Do I need certifications?

There is no certification requirement to register, and no list to tick. The certifications field is free text: tell us what you hold, in your words. We record your statement; we do not verify it and we do not certify suppliers. Legion's own certificates are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and Cyber Essentials Plus, and Legion is an IATA accredited cargo agent.

Two catalogue categories say how their goods are sourced.

    • Marine Medical Supplies: Medical goods are sourced from licensed pharmaceutical and medical-device suppliers.
    • Safety, LSA & FFA Equipment: Equipment is supplied to SOLAS and, where applicable, Marine Equipment Directive pattern from the manufacturers' own approved ranges.
  • Can I register for more than one category?

Yes. Choose every one of the seven operating areas you can genuinely quote against. Registering for areas you do not supply only slows down the enquiries that suit you.

  • What happens to my catalogue and price list?

They go to the buying desk with your registration, and they are used to answer requirements in your categories. They are not published on this site and they are not passed to other suppliers.

  • When will I hear back?

Standard enquiries answered within 1 to 2 business days. A registration is not an enquiry, so there may be nothing to answer until a requirement in your categories comes in, at which point the desk has your details.

  • How do I change or remove my details?

Email info@legionship.com and say what to change. Tell us the reference from your registration if you still have it.
